Most Australian children's shoe brands have slightly different sizing. Some brands can measure up to 1.5 sizes bigger. It's important to measure every time you purchase new shoes to ensure the correct fit the first time.
If purchasing two different styles in the same size, when you receive your shoes you may notice that one style may appear smaller than the other, even though they are the same size. This is because some of our shoe styles use thicker outer materials than others. We have carefully based our sizing off the inner-sole measurement to ensure the perfect fit for your child's growing foot

This batch has been produced using a newly trialled production method and may feature minor cosmetic imperfections, slight fit variations, or differences in finish compared to future retail releases.

- The survey will request your child’s current foot measurements, so we recommend keeping these on hand when ordering
- These sandals are intended to be worn shortly after delivery so meaningful feedback can be provided within the survey period. We kindly ask that you don't purchase if the available samples do not match your child's current Billycart shoe size
- Strict limit of 1 sample pair per customer
- Orders containing multiple "Limited Trial Release" styles and/or multiple sample sizes will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion

All pre-sale orders are shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. Please check the description of individual items for estimated dispatch dates.

If you order a pre-sale item and a stocked item within the same transaction, all your items will be posted together when the pre-order stock has arrived to warehouse. To avoid waiting, you can order stocked items and pre-sale items in separate transactions.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Most stocked items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Australia within 2 business days of purchase. Please refer to Australia Post delivery time frames to estimate date of delivery. Purchases can be tracked via the link in your confirmation email once shipped.
During peak periods Australia Post have advise parcel tracking may take up to 10 days to update on their website and that delays of 2-3 weeks is considered "normal" for standard shipping at peak times. We strongly encourage customers to choose Express shipping at peak times such as Christmas and Black Friday.
Foot measuring gauges & Innersoles are sent from our QLD office. As free-ship small products, they are sent in a standard stamped envelope without tracking and can take up to 14 business days to arrive with Australia Post. WA may be longer.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED
You will automatically sent emails at each stage of the shipping process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
Orders can only be sent to the shipping address entered during the checkout process. Where the incorrect address is entered, orders can only be reshipped to a new address at the expense of the customer. We are unable to reship an order when it has been tracked as delivered.
