To be eligible for a store credit, please ensure your shoes are returned in unworn, resalable condition. Billycart Kids take no responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for your store credit to be processed once your item(s) are received by us.
For standard orders we are unable to offer exchanges on purchases. If you wish to change size or style then please return your items for a store credit and then re-order as per your new requirements.To get the right fit, the first time, be sure to measure the foot accurately and consult our Sizing Guide before you order. Or consider using our Try@Home service.
It’s a good idea to try new shoes on indoors, on a clean floor when you first receive them. Be sure to remove all the paper packing in the toe, before fitting them on your child.

If you believe you have received a pair of shoes with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as this is not a common occurrence. Please note that general wear and tear, or damage as a result of moisture (eg. mould) is not considered a manufacturing fault.
