I have had these shoes for a few months now to really try them before reviewing. They are excellent shoes, my 2 year old can put them on himself. The tongue makes it super easy for him to slip his feet into the shoes. The shoe can be cleaned easily, I was worried about the colour being quite light but they have held up well and still look great. Toebox is wide for little feet. Very happy with these shoes and would buy again :) thank you!
He is 18 months old with chubby little feet and he is loving them. Super soft and immediately comfortable without socks.
This is my second pair of exactly the same shoes just a size up. They are soo easy to put on, look great, seem to be nice and wide with a flexible base. Also have stood the test of time in that he grew out of them before they needed to be replaced (and for an outdoor high energy child that is saying something)
I bought these after a lot of research into the best shoes for my toddlers foot development and these exceeded our expectations. My toddler loves his new “adventure boots” as we call them during our outdoor adventures. We went back and ordered the next size after only a couple days of wear. This will be the only place we plan to purchase shoes from for the next little while! ☺️
We bought the navy blue Riley sneakers for my son back in March, he has worn them almost every day and 6 months later he has finally outgrown them so we have repurchased in brown. He absolutely loves these shoes (sometimes even sleeps with them at my grandparents house because he won't let them go!) They are easy to put on, a nice wide fit for his growing feet and look great with everything!
I love the design of these shoes and really wanted them to work for us. Unfortunately, despite measuring and ordering the correct size, we found the shoe itself to be too wide for my daughter’s feet. We found ourselves avoiding them as she struggled with her balance and didn’t walk confidently in them (despite walking confidently for almost 3 months at the time). We ended up purchasing a different pair with a narrower fit, and the difference in her walking was immediately noticeable. Unfortunately, these just weren’t the right fit for us, but the design itself is lovely and the quality is great so would absolutely still recommend.
So easy to put on and looks great too. There is definitely room to grow if you follow their sizing advice

Love that I could just take one shoe to do it all while travelling. Managed the mud of the animal parks and with a quick wipe were ready for going out for dinner. They are a little big but this style is built well so she isn’t tripping up in them. Bought a measuring tool for next time to get the size right. They have been handling child care like a dream too!
The foot measuring device is well worth the money. It takes away the guesswork. I am happy to have bought one
These shoes are great for my toddler who just started walking! They are easy to put on, they fit well and are easy for her to walk in, even on uneven ground.
I am so pleased I came across Billycart Kids shoes after trying other brands. They are fantastic quality, fit well allowing for toe expansion in a roomy toe box and my son can't figure out how to take them off. They are brilliant!

My 3 y.o. daughter fell in love with these as soon as she opened them. She wants to wear them all the time. Including in the house, in the bath and during swimming lessons apparently. Is it possible to love a pair of shoes too much? My daughter would say no.
I have been buying from BillyCart for years now. Pre having my own children I would buy them for my neices and nephews. And for both my kids its the only brand they've worn. Comfy, wide soled, easy to get on and off but still fitted enough that new walking toddlers dont take them off every 5 seconds. Love this style, between my son and daughter now we have all colours and sizes available.
My 2 year old granddaughter chose these herself as her new pair of Billycart shoes as she had outgrown her previous mauve pair. They were a hit straightaway as she can put them on herself although needs a little help to get the velcro strap at the correct tightness. She loves stomping around in them, pictured at the local library making an art installation with the pamphlets.
We absolutely loved the Billy cart shoes for our first child and wish we found out about them earlier. Now our second child has just got his first pair of shoes (green billy carts). The are so easy to put on, wide and supportive, comfortable and stylish! Everything you are looking for in children’s shoes at an affordable price. We won’t buy any other brands now.
We purchased these shoes for our 17 month old who’s getting more adventurous. We wanted something comfortable and flexible, easy to put on and that look cute. We can’t fault these shoes. Our little guy loves wearing them and never wants to take them off. They’ve also helped stabilise him compared to his previous shoes that had rigid soles and kept tripping him over. We got them in size 20.5 and they fit perfectly whilst allowing room for growth. They’re also easy to wipe down if they get scuffed. Very happy with our purchase!
