New Zealand – Standard shipping is capped at AUD12.95 for all orders
USA - Standard shipping is AUD19.95 - 29.95 depending on weight

PRE-SALE SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All pre-sale orders are shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. Please check the description of individual items for estimated dispatch dates.

If you order a pre-sale item and a stocked item within the same transaction, all your items will be posted together when the pre-order stock has arrived to warehouse. To avoid waiting, you can order stocked items and pre-sale items in separate transactions.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All stocked items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Australia within 2 business days of purchase. Please refer to Australia Post delivery time frames to estimate date of delivery. Purchases can be tracked via the link in your confirmation email once shipped.
During peak periods Australia Post have advise parcel tracking may take up to 10 days to update on their website and that delays of 2-3 weeks is considered "normal" for standard shipping at peak times. We strongly encourage customers to choose Express shipping at peak times such as Christmas and Black Friday.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED
You will automatically sent emails at each stage of the shipping process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
Orders can only be sent to the shipping address entered during the checkout process. Where the incorrect address is entered, orders can only be reshipped to a new address at the expense of the customer. We are unable to reship an order when it has been tracked as delivered.
