Most Australian children's shoe brands have slightly different sizing. Some brands can measure up to 1.5 sizes bigger. It's important to measure every time you purchase new shoes to ensure the correct fit the first time.
If purchasing two different styles in the same size, when you receive your shoes you may notice that one style may appear smaller than the other, even though they are the same size. This is because some of our shoe styles use thicker outer materials than others. We have carefully based our sizing off the inner-sole measurement to ensure the perfect fit for your child's growing foot

All pre-sale orders are shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. Please check the description of individual items for estimated dispatch dates.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All stocked items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Australia within 2 business days of purchase. Please refer to Australia Post delivery time frames to estimate date of delivery. Purchases can be tracked via the link in your confirmation email once shipped.
During peak periods Australia Post have advise parcel tracking may take up to 10 days to update on their website and that delays of 2-3 weeks is considered "normal" for standard shipping at peak times. We strongly encourage customers to choose Express shipping at peak times such as Christmas and Black Friday.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED
You will automatically sent emails at each stage of the shipping process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
Orders can only be sent to the shipping address entered during the checkout process. Where the incorrect address is entered, orders can only be reshipped to a new address at the expense of the customer. We are unable to reship an order when it has been tracked as delivered.
