Most Australian children's shoe brands have slightly different sizing. Some brands can measure up to 1.5 sizes bigger. It's important to measure every time you purchase new shoes to ensure the correct fit the first time.
If purchasing two different styles in the same size, when you receive your shoes you may notice that one style may appear smaller than the other, even though they are the same size. This is because some of our shoe styles use thicker outer materials than others. We have carefully based our sizing off the inner-sole measurement to ensure the perfect fit for your child's growing foot
We are happy to offer a store credit (less original shipping costs), within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a store credit, please ensure your shoes are returned in unworn, resalable condition using a traceable postage method (such as Registered Post). Billycart Kids take no responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for your store credit to be processed once your item(s) are received by us.
We are unable to offer exchanges on purchases, for incorrect size or change of mind. If you wish to change size or style then please return your items for a store credit and then re-order as per your new requirements.To get the right fit, the first time, be sure to measure the foot accurately and consult our Sizing Guide before you order.
It’s a good idea to try new shoes on indoors, on a clean floor when you first receive them. Be sure to remove all the paper packing in the toe, before fitting them on your child.

Store credits will be processed less the original cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 days from the time the request was received by our office to receive your store credit. Please Contact Us if you have not received an email to notify your credit has been processed within these timeframes

If you believe you have received a pair of shoes with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com as this is not a common occurrence. Please note that general wear and tear, or damage as a result of moisture (eg. mould) is not considered a manufacturing fault.
