Most Australian children's shoe brands have slightly different sizing. Some brands can measure up to 1.5 sizes bigger. It's important to measure every time you purchase new shoes to ensure the correct fit the first time.
If purchasing two different styles in the same size, when you receive your shoes you may notice that one style may appear smaller than the other, even though they are the same size. This is because some of our shoe styles use thicker outer materials than others. We have carefully based our sizing off the inner-sole measurement to ensure the perfect fit for your child's growing foot

All pre-sale orders are shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. Please check the description of individual items for estimated dispatch dates.

If you order a pre-sale item and a stocked item within the same transaction, all your items will be posted together when the pre-order stock has arrived to warehouse. To avoid waiting, you can order stocked items and pre-sale items in separate transactions.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
All stocked items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Australia within 2 business days of purchase. Please refer to Australia Post delivery time frames to estimate date of delivery. Purchases can be tracked via the link in your confirmation email once shipped.
UPDATE: Australia Post have advised parcel tracking may take up to 10 days to update on their website and that delays of 2-3 weeks are now considered "normal" for standard shipping. We strongly encourage customers to choose Express shipping
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED
You will automatically sent emails at each stage of the shipping process.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
Orders can only be sent to the shipping address entered during the checkout process. Where the incorrect address is entered, orders can only be reshipped to a new address at the expense of the customer. We are unable to reship an order when it has been tracked as delivered.
For all other orders, we are happy to offer a store credit (less original shipping costs), within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a store credit, please ensure your shoes are returned in unworn, resalable condition. Billycart Kids take no responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for your store credit to be processed once your item(s) are received by us.
For standard orders we are unable to offer exchanges on purchases. If you wish to change size or style then please return your items for a store credit and then re-order as per your new requirements.
To get the right fit, the first time, be sure to measure the foot accurately and consult our Sizing Guide before you order. Or consider using our Try@Home service.It’s a good idea to try new shoes on indoors, on a clean floor when you first receive them. Be sure to remove all the paper packing in the toe, before fitting them on your child.

MANUFACTURING FAULTS
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you believe you have received a pair of shoes with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately via email at hello@billycartkids.com.au as this is not a common occurrence. Please note that general wear and tear, or damage as a result of moisture (eg. mould) is not considered a manufacturing fault.
